以往的生日筆記，大概是追悔一些，感恩一些，反省一下自己有沒有活得像該活得樣子，然後立訂新的目標，要自己來年加把勁追上對自己的期待。今天早上一醒來，一陣舒暢，就是這樣的活下去吧！生命如此美好。
「感知生命」 以前的我珍愛生命，充滿同理心、惻隱心、慈悲心，但我的對象只有「人」。因爲我是人，所以我的感受可以連結，我知道那是什麼樣的喜怒哀樂，但除了人以外，我沒有感覺，因為他們不在我生活內，我不知道他們經歷的是什麼，也不知道其他種生命形式到底能有多少感知，因為無知，所以無感，人以外的生命是一種順其自然的循環。養了馬之後，我才開始感知到原來每一種生命都有他的嚮往、也追求喜樂、更能夠感覺，想要離苦得樂的又何止是人類呢！於是開關被打開來了，開始感知萬物有情，於是無處不是驚喜，在枝頭高調唱和的鳥兒，在泥堆裡滾著鬧著的小豬，還有那對人深深依戀的家犬。
「以人為本」 以往在工作上追求的是個人的成就，看到的總先是事，對於人我也有著高高的標準，事情做不好，人再好都沒有用。從幾年前帶年輕團隊開始，想著我就要退休了，我的心態開始有了改變，想著怎麼去成就這些年輕人，即使後來換了工作帶領資深團隊，我也開始想著每一個人，怎麼為他們的未來開一條路，不再去看他的限制，而去看他的可能。在工作上來往的人，我也開始怎麼想著怎麼留一條路給他走，慢慢把「效率」這兩個字放下，慢一點、虧一點，雙贏更重要。
「不拂於心」 疫情造成的疏離或許也是件好事，少了很多路人閒語造成的煩心，就算偶爾有什麼擾心之事，也都在陪馬吃草的那一個小時，被那徐徐微風給吹散了。「馬兒啊，你怎麼那麼開心？除了吃草，天下無大事矣」我真要像馬好好學習，這麼簡單的事就讓他開心，一得意起來便徜徉飛馳，而我那不著際的庸人自擾，霎那間顯得愚蠢至極。馬的20秒懲罰術更是讓我秒忘生氣，因為馬做錯事你得在20內讓他知道，超過20秒，他就覺得你莫名奇妙到底在氣什麼，這樣的訓練，不單是他，連我都練就了20秒不生氣術。越單純，人就越清晰，看似無聊的坐在草原陪吃草，確是另一種禪修，每一天一個小時的放下練習。
「青春再現」除了身形恢復到30歲的樣子，體力也彷彿回春，因為做得到，所以不猶豫，因為生理強度可以，心理強度也跟上來，整個像是正面循環。為了照顧馬，每天花三個小時以上，鏟馬糞、刷馬、帶馬散步、馴馬、騎馬，他就像是我的大玩偶，玩著玩著身體也越來越健康，讓我的童心整個滿現。為了想一直騎馬騎下去，我就越相信我的生理年齡已被回春，越相信可以做些有難度的挑戰，覺得可以承擔一些風險，而慢慢地，就連我的人生我也不再讓為我已經幾歲而受限。
這一年學到很多，活得很自在很幸福，希望自己可以記住我學到的，而接下來的人生帶著學到的給更多人幸福。
