這個週日早晨精神食糧充滿，聽了幾個營養的Podcast，就著好音樂，翻了幾篇好故事，彷彿這段時間來的工作壓力全消，腦袋結結實實的被醍醐灌了頂。我突然有種錯覺，好似回到那充滿功課壓力的高中時期，那些充滿哲思的課外書是我精神小憩的角落，我只在作者的字裡行間跟自己對談，這是另一種頭皮發麻，讓所有的細胞都醒過來了。我忍不住微笑，原來高中的學業壓力跟工作壓力都可以這樣解套，比起滑手機越滑越慌，這一刻我的心，芳華充滿。
Podcaster是我喜歡的聰明女性，寬廣的視野總讓人看到世界不同的面向，今天觸及了幾個人文話題，我知道她想說的是生活中那不被我們注意的小人物、那些日復一日的辛苦、那無法擺脫的宿命，但當她用「卑賤」兩字時，我還是覺得刺耳，我知道她只是想對比沒有批判，或許我的心有了批判吧，我想社經地位與卑賤無關，我不愛這兩個字。
翻到蔣勳的「傳說」，講到尸毗王『割肉貿鴿』的故事。故事是一隻梟鷹要吃一隻鴿子，尸毗王為了救鴿子便說應允了梟鷹的要求，要從自身割下跟鴿子一樣重的肉，梟鷹要求「那重量要跟鴿子一樣重」，但怎麼割肉的重量總是不夠，直到尸毗王已全身鮮血淋漓筋骨盡露，重量始終不夠，而剎那間尸毗王突然領悟到「一樣的重量」「生命的重量」。生靈豈有輕重，生命重量都是一樣的。
這個早晨的精神食糧好像安排好的功課一樣，讓我的腦袋又思考了一下。「傳說」裡面有很多佛經或是希臘神話故事，因為夠久遠，所以故事關心的是土地、是生命，我不住想如果我也活在那久遠的年代，而我能關心的是什麼，而我能付出的是什麼？ 絕對不是那鍵盤上的商業世界。而我忽然感謝，起碼我能照顧好另一個生命（我的馬），雖然他無法理解他的生命與生活是怎麼一回事，而我盡我的能力，讓他過的快樂。比起工作，這是真正的意義，真正的對另外一個生命產生意義。
這個早晨精神充滿，喜悅洋溢，我要記住這樣的時刻。霎那間，糾纏我的壓力像是不翼而飛，當回看生命的本質時，似乎什麼都不重了。
